Shock & Gore 2012 launches

7th Jun 2012

It's finally here. The programme for this year's Shock & Gore festival - running from July 6th to July 12th - is now online, offering cult classics, Q&As, sneak previews, live entertainment and plenty more for the discerning filmgoer.

Highlights this year include exclusive screenings of Bobcat Goldthwait's dark comedy God Bless America, a 20th anniversary showing of seminal TV horror Ghostwatch with writer Steven Volk in attendance, another chaotic all-nighter featuring The Evil Dead, blood fiend magician Dr. Gore and our 2012 awards, plus a special series of events celebrating the humble VHS.

You can find the whole programme over at the official website - www.shockandgore.co.uk - and also on the listings page here at The Electric website. You can also get up-to-date news by following the festival on Twitter. More events will be added in the next few days, so come join us for what's set to be one hell of a week.
