Keeping customers in the dark

We might be The Electric Cinema, but come October we'll be plunging Screen 1 into darkness as we welcome Dave Presents Comedy In The Dark, a unique experience where an audience experiences live stand-up comedy in pitch black.

Happening as part of the 2012 Birmingham Comedy Festival, four stand-ups will be taking on the challenge of making audiences laugh with only their words, their physical presence and physical comedy taken away in favour of their written gags.

It's part of The Electric's continued mission to offer a programme beyond just showing films, so to book tickets priced at just £10 for both sofas and standard seats, click here.
